Ki Yoga is the 'Yoga of Meaning'! You learn how and why the yoga works for you as you experience its benefits. Knowledge and experience are essential to the healing process as one cannot effectively operate without the other.

The school of Ki Yoga was developed by teacher and healer, Jack Marshall, from his own years of yoga and clinical practice, and from the work of two Masters: the Japanese Master, Masahiro Oki, who first combined Indian Hatha and Raja Yoga with the precise diagnostic and Meridian-based healing arts of China and Japan; and the Australian Master, Andrzej Gospodarczyk, who put together a comprehensive and wholistic healing system of diagnosis, shiatsu, yoga and diet.

Ki Yoga goes further again to offer a remarkably accurate and remedial system of asanas (postures and movements) - releasing, strengthening, invigorating - and it explains why these asanas work for you in all aspects of your living.

Classes are developed and adjusted according to our changing needs from season to season and throughout the day:
 
• Morning classes are bright, dynamic and invigorating, reflecting the waking needs of that time of the day.
• Midday classes are hard-working to develop drive and strength, building both power and flexibility.
• Evening classes are focused on major changes through specific connections between the body and the psyche.
• Classes vary according as the seasons progress.

Things you need to know...
Mats are provided. Bring a towel or sarong if you wish. Clothes: Loose and comfortable Food: Try not to eat at least 2hrs before class. Prompt: Try to arrive a few minutes before class. Advise the teacher before class if you have any injuries.

Casual classes: $15
Student/teacher: $7.50
Passes:
10 classes: $125
Monthly: $165

Public Holidays: There are no classes.
